Summary: Great HDL elevator; tastes good too
Comment: Macadamias are good nuts for raising HDL levels, so are very healthy fats. Great for us diabetics. This is my 2nd order with this vendor, and have been very pleased. I usually order 5-6 bags each time I order. Price is great, shipping time is reasonable, communication (when back-ordered) is forth-coming and appreciated. Guess I'll keep coming back.
