Comment: I totally recommend this item. It's great on my neck and shoulders. I try to use it once a day. The more I use it the better I become at it. You need to learn how to use the leverage. I also got a book on trigger points. But you can find a lot on your own. Again, great product and highly recommended! Oh the mini-BBB isn't that exciting. But who cares!

Comment: At first I bought this product and was a little dissatisfied with the shipping times exactly 1 week went by and no bodyback buddy the following day I recieved my product and this thing works like a Champ well worth the wait and they great people at bodyback buddy refunded my shipping for the incoinvenice.

Comment: I ordered this Body Back Buddy for my husband who experiences a pesky knot in his shoulder from a muscle tear. I wanted to get him something he could use on himself when I wasn't around to help rub the knot out. It really comes in handy after a hard work-out and it does help put pressure on those hard to reach spots and trigger points. If you sit at a desk for long periods of time (or drive long distances)and have tension in the shoulders you should give this a try. It can come in handy and the plastic is really good, solid and sturdy. However, this is one of those items that can wind up in the back of a closet or in your next yard sale.

Comment: My wife bought this to work out some of the knots in her back. As advertised, it does the job. It's dead simple and works well. Great product. The little travel massager / back scratcher is handy, too.

Comment: Live on your own? Need that knot in your back from stress or your daily commute to stop throbbing? Anchor this on the spot, use the weight of your hand (arm) to add the light pressure and exhale. The smaller device is wonderful to have near the couch as you kick back.
