First and most important thing, if you don't hard freeze the pack before using it, you won't get three hours out of it. If you freeze it hard, you'll get five-ish hours out of it, far less in a hot and humid climate. Other than the disappointing performance, it's like a swiss army knife in its flexibility and storage capability. And, it's another cunning little bag to carry something specific in! As a new diabetic - I wasn't sure how to transport the insulin. This is not only a great solution - because of the size - but I am also able to transport my pen (which I prefer to keep cool) along with any snacks - such as string cheese - that need to stay cold. Really easy product also - just stick it in the freezer overnight. In the morning - fill it and you are good to go. It is also small enough to easily fit in my tote bag. Overall a great product.
