Summary: Price is cheap so is the quality..
Comment: I used this product in conjunction with the an MAD device since I seem to have trouble keeping my mouth shut. I have been using chin straps for about 3 years now and found that this one does work however after several weeks of use the elasticity of the strap goes away. I got about 4 weeks of effective use out of this thing and had to throw it out. So for the price I would consider another brand this one certainly is not worth it.

Summary: Good design, poor elastic
Comment: The design sold me on purchasing this device. But after using for two weeks the elastic began to strech, than I ran out of adjustment to the top strap. I even tried sewing the top strap and that may of worked for a couple of nights, than I gave up on using it.

Comment: This product is worthless. My husband tells me that my snoring is even worse wearing it than when I don't wear it. It's a waste of money.

Summary: Definitely Works, But Uncomfortable to Wear All Night
Comment: First of all, it is important that your nose is clear of congestion. Otherwise, you will find it hard to breathe. The chin strap pulls your mouth firmly closed to the point your lips may pucker outward. In other words, it is difficult for you to breathe through your mouth. That is why you cannot snore. However, I have some concern that if my nose should become heavily congested during the night, I might have trouble to breathe at all. I guess that might cure snoring and breathing all at the same time. :) I usually wake up after a few hours and pull the apparatus off my head. The straps are adjustable Velcro, but since my head is on the large side, I had to use the most extreme open position. But after using it for a month or two, it has stretched enough to easily use the velcro setting. If you have hair, it gets in the way and hair is pointed in all directions adding some discomfort. I'm thinking about getting a hair net and then install this over it.
There are denture mouth devices that appear to pull your lower jaw forward, but they look uncomfortable and fairly expensive as well. I don't mind the expense if I know it will fit and not stress my jaw. I rather doubt that one size fits all.
