Comment: This wine saver save me from throwing away half open wine bottle. It works very well keeping the vacuum seal and air out of the bottle. Very easy to use. A must have for those who do not intend to finish a whole bottle after opening it.

Comment: Highly recommended for wines sensitive to oxidation. Great for preserving reds. Not for use on sparkling wines of any kind, though.

Comment: This is a great product. I've also found that it can keep coffee fresh, too: just clean out and dry an empty wine bottle, put your coffee beans in the bottle, and seal the top.

Comment: This works like a champ. Easy to use. Slap on one of the two stoppers on the wine bottle, start pumping a few times and they you hear a clicking sound. Remove pump and you are done. Piece 'o cake! Works well for adding life to that unfinished bottle!

A Vacuum pump removes air from the opened bottle and re-seals it with a reusable rubber stopper. A "click" tells you when you have reached the optimum vacuum level, which slows down the oxidation process and keeps the wine fresh.
