Comment: I bought 3 of these, and very pleased with item.
After quick review of instructions,
installation and programming was easy.
I paid less than $30 each for this item, and
they will easily pay for themselves in a matter
of a couple of weeks, up here in the northeast.
Note: I replaced 3 old mechanical 2 wire thermostats.

Comment: Everything works exactly as advertised but I understand there are other programmables that do not require freguent changing of batteries--a bit of a pain.

Comment: The 4 programs per day is terrific. Definitely helps to adjust for our work schedules. Installation was a breeze, but I would recommend having a "smallish" slot screwdriver on hand, in addition to a regular sized philips.

Comment: This product is a great deal for the price.
It is easy to install. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to complete the entire process and can definitely be done by anyone who can read and follow directions and also has some common sense.
My only suggestion would be to make sure that you have the smallest Phillips screwdrivers possible because some of the screws are quite small.
You will definitely save money on heating/cooling if you are replacing an existing non-digital thermostat. I am already turning the thermostat down to exactly 58 degrees at night and only up to 68 during the day.
