Editorial Reviews: The folks in Holland are famous for their Gouda... an incredibly smooth, creamy cheese with a mild nutty flavor. Our version is quite simply delicious, pale yellow and sealed in red wax for freshness (a technique discovered by accident by the Dutch centuries ago). Wonderful with fruit, pair it with Cheddar to enjoy the contrast in texture and taste. Net wt. 2 lb.
