Comment: The chocolate fondue is absolutely delicious. Easy to prepare, easy to clean up. The package said it held nine servings - we purchased accordingly. Expensive mistake. On two occasions - both about 3 hours long - both 90 guests or more - both times 4 packages was more than enough - with chocolate leftover. Good thing the product has some shelf life. It really is very good chocolate - and I'm glad we used that brand. - Sephra

This premium dark fondue chocolate is made using a special recipe designed for use in chocolate fountains, eliminating the need for adding or mixing extra ingredients. Renowned for it's intensely rich flavour and aroma, the dark fondue chocolate is the favourite among chocolate connoisseurs and creates a perfect, flawless, cascading curtain of beautiful dark chocolate. These callets are round drops of pure chocolate, easy to melt, weigh, and store, and may also be used in any recipe calling for chunks of chocolate.

Note: Due to the nature of this product, the chocolate may melt during shipping. This does not ruin the chocolate; the chocolate is perfectly fine. Occasionally there may be light-coloured streaks or film on the surface of the chocolate. This occurs naturally and is a characteristic of pure chocolate. It will disappear when the chocolate is re-melted.
