Summary: Like the glue that holds the powder on!
Comment: This is step one to my daily makeup regime - I know there are probably many steps I should take before this one... but I'm lazy. I coat my face from top to bottom with this stuff as soon as I'm awake enough to see, and what I love about it is that you can't feel it on. I was in theater for years and it really turned me off to make up in general, the horrible crusty pancakey feeling makeup that you pile onto your face in theater was something I dreaded. So when I discovered the light texture of this foundation, along with the wonderful coverage, I was thrilled.
I slather this stuff on and then apply their powder and my skin looks flawless. Clinique is also one of the only brands that makes a color that looks right on me, so as long as they keep making this stuff, I'll be a loyal consumer.
My only negative is the container, though snazzy looking, seems like it's holding back on you. By it's design I believe that you lose some makeup because you just can't get it out of there. Granted it's not much, but that kind of thing irks me. Also, beware when applying this while dressed... about once every two weeks, when I squeeze it, it "spurts" and makeup blows everywhere and generally lands on my clothing. After 3 years of wearing this stuff I have learned to aim it away from me when squeezing.

Comment: This is the first time I have purchased the particular product -- I usually get another Clinique foundation. I like it very much -- light coverage and an excellent color match. I would purchase it again.

Comment: I have been a loyal follower of Clinique for over 20 years. I never cared for their foundations before, the color or texture was always off just a little. Since I have used this particular foundation my opinion has changed. I bought this in Shade 02(P). This goes on perfectly smooth and the skin color matching is excellent. This covered my skin beautifully (all those pesky imperfections) and it goes on beautifully too, the foundation texture was not too dry or too oily. It glided on over my skin and was easy to blend in to the rest of my face. This has not made my skin break out either. All in all this is a great basic foundation. I will buy this product again.
