Summary: great on veggies
Comment: I have to cut down on butter so this is wonderful to use it place of it, just put on veggies the flavor is wonderful. You won't need alot so don't let the price scare you away, it's worth every penny. This is much better than just balsamic it is lighter and not so intense. Magnificent.
